Welcome to my portfolio. As I experiment with newly developed web skills, I will post my efforts here. I hope to learn how to incorporate my interest in women's history, particularly Mormon women's history, with new media, making such history accessible through the Internet.
I also hope to advance work toward my dissertation on how women have negotiated their history through the Progressive Era. I am guided by a few fundamental questions:
- How does memory affect history?
- How does memory change according to the present?
- How does identity change according to memory and shared history?
- How does a group present their history?
